Please review these guidelines before reserving your appointment.
01 Consultation Required
All new clients must complete a consultation before booking. For your consultation, please send a picture or video of your hair in its natural state, a picture of your desired style, and a list of any allergies you may have.
Text for Consultation →02 Retainers, Cancellations & Late Arrivals
A nonrefundable $50 retainer fee is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service balance. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require a new $50 retainer fee. A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and another client is scheduled after you, your appointment must be rescheduled. If time permits, continuing with the appointment is at the stylist’s discretion.
03 Hair Extension Availability & Payment
Hair extensions are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Before booking a hair-included installation, please contact Shaz to confirm that your desired texture and lengths are in stock. All hair extensions must be paid for in full before they can be reserved. Hair will not be held without payment due to limited availability. Booking an appointment does not guarantee hair availability until your selection has been confirmed and full payment has been received.

Clients must arrive with their hair fully detangled from roots to ends. Excessive tangling may require additional service time and could result in an added detangling fee.
05 Service Changes
The service booked is the service that will be provided at your appointment. Same-day style changes cannot be accommodated because each appointment is scheduled according to the time and preparation required for the selected service. If you would like to change your hairstyle, please contact Shaz before your appointment to confirm availability and any price or time adjustments.
06 Additional Guests
Salon space is limited. Please contact Shaz before your appointment if you need to bring an additional guest. Additional guests may only attend with prior approval.
